La villa était parfaite, propre, décorée avec goût, beaucoup de matériel de cuisine. La localisation est très agréable aussi avec la vue sur mer et tout pouvant se faire à pied. Virginia était disponible et très agréable. Je recommande à fond

A really lovely villa. Stunning sea views. Great lay out for a family with little ones.pool was fun and the shade from the trees meant you could use it in the afternoon when it was very hot. A very well equipped kitchen and new white goods.The beaches in Santo Tomas were a bit disappointing for us as the winter storms had reduced the sandy areas and so quite a bit of rock. We did drive to Son Bou first thing in the morning a couple of times and the sea and sand there were beautiful but gets very busy later in day. Virginia was excellent at replying to WhatsAps quickly.

I highly recommend Book Menorca Villas. Virginia was very helpful and efficient in dealing with any enquiries we had with our booking and time in the Villa. The villa itself was beautiful and clean with everything you need. The pool was cleaned every couple of days. Conveniently located with everything in walking distance. The only downside to the villa is having no air-conditioning I think it would really benefit future bookings by having this installed especially in the hot summer months. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Had an enjoyable holiday and Virginia at Menorca Villas was was very helpful and prompt with any questions we had during our stay. The only observations I have about the Villa (not a complaint) is that it would benefit from having Air conditioning rather than ceiling fans, it is the first Villa that we have stayed in for a few years without it. Also only had towels and bedding changed once during a 2 week stay, in previous Villas we have had changes more than this. on the whole the 7 of did enjoy our stay.

Thank you Virginia for the excellent service, attention and good communication. We had a great holiday in Villa Alondra B6. The rooms are small but well equipped, the house is light and spacious. Everything you need is there. Minor detail : the house smelt musty and an airco would have been nicer than fans given the high temperatures in summer (though we knew there was no airco we didn't realize it's almost impossible to keep the house cool without an airco)

We had a wonderful week a Villa Paraiso. It is perfectly situated with exquisite views in every direction. The terraces were perfectly placed to catch the best views of the sea, the trees , the sun . All the furnishings were extremely comfortable and well maintained.

The hosts had excellent communication and made life very easy when we arrived with a pre arranged fridge fill and a clean and spacious villa. The villa location is central between Mahon and Ciutadella, with day trip pick up points from the local hotels. Two nice beaches within 10 min walk, and loads of places to eat near by. Also has a bus stop at the end of the road with easy links around the island, would recommend for families. Thank you for having us!

De villa is mooi en ruim op een prachtige locatie met zeezicht. Dichtbij strand, winkels en restaurants. De koelkast werkte niet, dit werd dezelfde dag opgelost. Op de lounge set misten we de kussens, dit zat nu niet lekker maar er waren genoeg andere stoelen/ligbedden. Groot zwembad. Alles voor ons perfect.

Nicely appointed 4-bedroom house that supported a host of family for three weeks in San Tomas, Menorca. The location is excellent-easy access to walking, biking, beaches, light groceries, souveniers, and restaurants. Modern with great gathering spaces in different locations on the property. The pool is very clean - lots of sun seating AND umbrellas. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable; multiple sliding doors and windows provide excellent ventilation. Virginia was attentive to our needs-extra blankets and a heater (which we didn't need, but appreciated its availability). Weekly cleaning was also excellent and appreciated. Ample linens and towels (beach and bath). Also ample dinnerware, flatware, and glassware service for many. Good coffee maker, washing machine, and hot water in every shower. The only improvement I would recommend is a better set of cookware, better knives, and more cutting boards and dishrags. Highly recommend!

Three generation family holiday
We loved our holiday here, with my daughter and her family. The pool was perfect to allow the 6 year old to learn to swim her first length. Although the villa is part of group of villas on a street, it is very private and the pool is not overlooked at all, but with a nice view down the hill to the sea from the balcony. The villa felt very spacious and was designed for the heat even though there was no air con. The manager, Virginia, was very responsive to any minor concerns we had.

A blissful stay at Villa German
We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Villa German. Having rented many villas in different resorts over the years, I can safely say this house and location were pretty much perfect. The house itself is beautiful and exactly as it appears in the photographs. It is obviously well maintained and very nicely decorated and has a laid back beach house kind of feel. It has a gorgeous good sized pool, a well stocked kitchen, a fabulous giant TV with loads of channels, good powerful showers with plenty of hot water and lovely comfy beds, two of which are doubles which is a rarity (also loads of coathangers which was a welcome surprise!) It could not be in a better location for the beach and there are lots of little shops, a pharmacy, two supermarkets, a bakery and local restaurants & bars literally on your doorstep. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to spend a chilled out vacation with family. It is especially good for very young children. The house does not have air conditioning but the design of the building and the ceiling fans keep it nice and cool. The only slight downside I could imagine in high season might be noise. There are karaoke nights in the bars and whilst it did not disturb us too much in early June, it might be different when the resort is very busy. Overall it is an excellent property and I would not hesitate in returning for another visit.

Au pied de la plage et de la piscine
Appartement très bien situé au pied d’une plage magnifique ( eau turquoise…). La piscine est très grande et profonde. Le petit supermarché au pied de la résidence permet le ravitaillement quotidien. Par ailleurs San Tomas est un bon point de départ pour découvrir l’île

What a fantastic villa . A well equipped kitchen , a spacious living area with great TV and WiFi . The beds were super comfy and with 3 bathrooms to choose from the internal layout was everything we hoped for. However the external spaces really set the villa apart from others - on the first floor was a great place to either eat or make use of the awesome seating area. The pool deck was also great with plenty of room to sunbathe, not to mention the spacious upper sun deck . The villa was located just a couple of minutes to the beach , with easy walking distance to restaurants. A special thanks to Virgina our host who couldn’t have been more helpful. She fully deserves top marks . Communication prior to our stay was extremely useful and nothing was too much trouble . Including the request for a later check out which really made the difference with our little toddler .

Very nice property with a lovely swimming pool area and well equipped. Large sandy beach nearby and some good walks around the local area. Good base for touring round the island. Particularly liked Arenel. Cala Galdana and Ciutadella. Son Bou could do with more better restaurants but enjoyed Nautilus where the staff were very helpful.

We spent a week at the villa as a family of 6 adults and 2 children and it suited our needs. The villa is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It is situated in the centre so can be a bit noisy and even though the pool area is to the front, we didn’t feel overlooked by passing traffic or people. We had an issue with the cooker hob as it stopped working half way through cooking a paella. Virginia was quick to respond and the issue was sorted later in the evening but thank you to the restaurant opposite for cooking our dinner!! The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes and is lovely. The resort is very child friendly. Overall we loved Menorca and would recommend this villa.
